  On 11/18, my wife and I were in the market to purchase a mattress and we did not have the best luck up until we walked into the Ashley HomeStore in Valley Stream. Terry immediately greeted us when we walked in and actually "LISTENED" to us. Never once did we feel pressured into buying product rather he actually educated us about what we were purchasing. Lindsey came aboard and assisted with some questions we had; suggested a solution we inquired about pertaining to a mattress cover and we ended up leaving the store with an amazing experience. Terry and Lindsey are a breath of fresh air within this difficult market and their class approach towards connecting with their customer(s) is stellar.
