  This store is nicely laid out. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Depending on the timing it may be hard to get hold of an associate for help but once you get them they are very good in providing the decision influencing information.

  This Best Buy is pretty horrible so I usually avoid it and go to the Westbury location if possible. Today i couldn't escape it - I don't think I've ever had a worse experience at any other shopping location. It took an hour and a half to serve 3 people over at customer service. On top of that, it took 2 hours to find a TV in their inventory after already telling me it was ready to go. Avoid this location at all costs.
