  Extremely disorganized, there is no sense of organization or separation between departments. The staff is poorly trained and often have difficulty directing customers to basic items. I visited multiple times over the past several months, and there does not appear to be any improvement. Items are strewn about aisles posing a hazard in the event of an emergency. Home goods should really come into this location and retrain everyone. If they do not have enough space, then scale down in some areas to make the store more open and welcoming.

  I love HomeGoods and been shopping their stores eversince we moved to our first home. My home is filled with HomeGoods stuff. I've been to many HomeGoods stores, in Long Island, and I make sure I visit the nearest store when I am out of town/state. Today, my usual great store experience is spoiled by this impolite and seemed tired cashier at register 2 between 1-2 pm (am stating the time so that the management can identify this nasty and poor mannered lady). She does not know how to greet customers well (the cashier at register 3 was great, full of energy), she did not address my concerns with professionalism. She liked to ensure that she was the one in charge of the conversation and left me with feelings that I was stupid for asking questions and for my requests. Please train this lady.
