  I dropped ring off to get inspected and cleaned just to find out that it was chipped. Then, they are claiming i never took it for inspections, when i did take it every 6 months! so now they want me to pay almost 5000 dollars for a diamond on my ring and will refuse to cover it since THEY did not put any inspections in the computer. Everyone is rude and disrespectful in this ghetto location! No one uses the computer, they just take your ring and supposedly you get it back and its supposed to be fine. Its not my fault they dont computerize inspections and dont sign off on the papers. This is ridiculous and i need my ring fixed. Rude employees, rude manager, rude service.

  I have mixed feeling about this place. I've encountered nice, friendly staff and also rude one's. I've walked in to get my ring inspection and cleaned while some staff members are ready to assist, and welcoming there are those (one middle aged west Indian woman) in particular that if you are not buying anything will be dismissive and act like you're interrupting her life. It's a hit or miss with customer service here, but it's the closest one to my home which means for now I'll continue to go there.

  I dropped off my ring to be cleaned/inspected. It was supposed to be ready on the 19th but I didn't receive a call so I decided to call the store to see if it was ready. When I called the lady who answered the phone was so rude and said in a snaky tone oh if you didn't receive a call it's not ready. I said well they said it would be ready by the 19 and if you could please check to see if it is. Lo and behold it was ready! She acted like I was inconveniencing her by having her check for me! This location has the rudest customer service reps!
